Donor Privacy

RMMR does not sell, rent, or exchange its donor list. The names of any Donors are kept private unless specifically released by the Donor for mention in any post.
For direct mailing purposes, we do use publicly available information and participate in co-ops to find new Donors. Our Board of Directors adopted a policy prohibiting the sale, rental, or exchange of our donor list. This Privacy Policy outlines how donor information is used.

Network Partners

Rocky Mountain Mink Refuge (RMMR) operates Mink Link, a network comprised of 501(c)(3) public charity animal welfare groups, exotic animal sanctuaries, and wildlife rehabilitation facilities (“Network Partners”) committed to the welfare of animals such as the American Mink and other wildlife. RMMR may share personally identifiable information with Network Partners you choose to support during fundraising events that include any of our Network Partners. While data provided during event registration or participation is used by RMMR and stored in our database, we only share your information with a Network Partner if you have specifically elected to raise funds for them. If you prefer not to receive communications from the Network Partners you support, please contact us before registering for the event at [email protected].

Corporate Partners

Occasionally, RMMR may share personally identifiable information with carefully selected corporate partners who help us provide specific programs, products, or services. These partners are obligated to safeguard your information and are prohibited from using it for purposes unrelated to our agreement. Email Communications

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails from RMMR include an “Unsubscribe” link in the footer. Please note that unsubscribing from one email list may not remove you from all RMMR email communications, as some program-specific communications might require a separate opt-out action.

RMMR does not commonly communicate via phone call and allows you to decline whether or not you wish to receive correspondence via phone call.
